Mydigitalstore is one of several retail businesses owned by the Etail group of companies. We have offices, and a physical concept store, in Rosebank, Johannesburg, and are verified by Google, Facebook etc. Feel free to pop in.

Yes, most definitely. All transactions are done through PayGate on their payment portal, the biggest and most secure payment gateway in SA, using Visa and Mastercard 3D technology. We never see your card information.

Simply log into your account and change the details, or update them at checkout if you don't have an account.

When you are making a purchase, there is a dedicated field in the checkout that requires you to enter your code, and automatically applies your discount.

If you receive a product which you don't want, simply return it to us within seven working days, and we will refund you in full, provided that the product has not been opened.

Currently, all deliveries are free to main centres, towns and townships. Items under 5 kilos ship within 2 - 4 days and large items, such as major appliances, ship within 5 - 7 working days from receipt of payment.

Your product comes directly from the manufacturer! The brand that manufacturers your product globally has a distribution point in South Africa – and that is where we get your product from. And, with that, comes the full brand promise and service guarantees.

Your warranty is the standard warranty issued by the manufacturer, with all the terms and conditions as per the manufacturer’s warranty.

We track all orders and, should there be an unforeseen problem, we will contact you immediately. Should you not receive your order in our maximum accepted time periods, we will refund you in full.

All products carry the full supplier brand warranties. Products, defective on delivery, will be replaced in terms of the brand warranty conditions.

We accept the following forms of payment: PayGate portal, Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Secure Internet Deposit (SID), and direct EFTs for your convenience.

We don’t charge delivery - we offer this as a free service to our clients in main cities, towns and townships. Should you live in a remote/rural area, please contact us for a quote prior to purchasing.
