My Digital Store

No. Unlike other sites, you do not have to register to purchase! You can simply fill in your details at checkout.

In the unlikely event that you purchase an item that is now out of stock, we will let you know immediately, offer you a variant option if available, or a full refund will be granted. 

We work hard to ensure that your details stay safe and secure. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. If you want to know more on how we ensure your privacy, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Yes, they are safe. We do not store your credit card details. All transactions are done through PayGate, the biggest and most secure payment gateway in South Africa.

Simply log into your current account and change your details under 'My Account', or update them at checkout if you do not yet have an account.

At checkout, there will be a dedicated field that requires you to enter your discount code. This will automatically apply your discount.

If you receive a product which you do not want, simply return it to us within 7 working days and we will refund you in full, provided that the product has not been opened. 

Currently, all deliveries are free to main centres, towns and townships. Items under 5 kilograms ship within 2-4 working days, whereas major appliances ship within 5-7 working days from receipt of payment.

Your product comes directly from the manufacturer. The brand that manufactures your product globally has a distribution point in South Africa – this is where we get your product from. With this, comes the full brand promise and service guarantees.

Your warranty is the standard warranty issued by the manufacturer, with all the terms and conditions as per the manufacturer’s warranty.

MyDigitalStore tracks all orders. Should there be an unforeseen problem, we will contact you immediately. Should you not receive your order in our maximum accepted time periods, we will refund you in full.

All products carry the full supplier brand warranties. Products, defective on delivery, will be replaced in terms of the brand warranty conditions.

MyDigitalStore is an online store only. However, we do have our head office located at 37 Bath Avenue, Rosebank.

MyDigitalStore offers FREE shipping nationwide! We offer this as a free service to our clients in main cities, towns and townships. Should you live in a remote/rural area, please contact us for a quote prior to purchasing.
